Hi Jason,
Go to Start > Run, type: msconfig and click OK.
Click the "Advanced" button and where it says "Limit memory to" change it to 512MB.
If you have another slot available, you could add the other 128MB as well. In that
case, change the figure to 640MB. Click OK, Apply/OK and reboot.
It might be wise to check in the BIOS too just to make sure it isn't set to 384MB
in there.
