we will need a little more information to solve this problem. First and foremost
make sure CapsLock isn;t on, msn passwords are case sensitive. Does the internet
work>? It sounds like either your internet is down, or the msn port is blocked. If
you have a firewall Shut it down temporarily and see if that is the problem.
