I searched forever, looking at creating all kinds of programs to "fix" the problem and then after many hours I found what I knew to be true... a website that had the .dll that I needed! Idindn't need to reboot, go in safe mode, create buy a program to replace a file that no one can say what it is for. Thanks so much for posting this message.
