Wednesday, December 3, 2003 at 10:18 am Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by ray (1 messages posted) This has happen two times tried to uninstall program and the first time i lost keyboard data file,this time i loss a required file smstp32.DLL file there was a message that said erra starting program. can anyone tell me what does this file control and how to get it back. i had to do a system restorer to retrieve other files to open word processor doc. and explorer browser. everytime i restart my computer it displays an error message that these two files are missing. help!
