You will have to uninstall the program that put it there. Check in the Control Panel, Add/Remove programs and see if there is an application that added that web site. Else search the Start Menu programs for it and find its uninstall program.

If you can't find it, then it may be an Spyware_AD-ware program or some junk like from KaAaA. So OPEN CWshredder.exe , close all windows including IE and run it. Then reboot.

Next try AD-Aware_v6.
