What's listed depends on what programs you have installed, what tasks are running
for other applications at the time, etc.
The two that will show as running, whether online or offline are Explorer and Systray,
but anything else varies. If you're on Dial-up, when you're online, you'll see Rnaapp
listed. That's Dial-up Networking. For a description of any other applications listed,
