Hi Frank,
Good advice from Carol. In case you're interested, there's some useful background
info here
on how CoolWebSearch works.
One of the other things you have to do though is to purge all the previous System
Restore points. This is because Win ME creates backups of all system files and anything
you've installed which includes all that spyware of course. You'll find an illustrated
tutorial on how to purge the System Restore cache here
