There are diifferent programs that do different things, and everyone has different preferences and browsing habits. I use SpywareBlaster and IE Spyads. It would be even better, if you ran SpywareGuard in conjunction with SpywareBlaster. FYI, neither SpywareBlaster or IE-Spyads need to be running at all.
