Hi Cindi,
Could you please go to Start > Run, type command and click OK.
At
the c:\windows\desktop MSDOS prompt, type jview and hit Enter. At the top
of the screen, you should be able to see the version that's installed which looks
like this: Microsoft (R) Command-line Loader for Java Version 5.00.3810
If your version is less than the one shown here, go to the Windows update site and
download "Microsoft Virtual Machine".
