After getting sick of sending armada 1750's to the repairshop I dug into the problem
and somewhere on the net I found a hint that led me to a solution: When booting,
hold the "Fn" key and keep hitting F11. This will clear the bios eprom. Stop hitting
when you see the message "162-System options not set". Shortly after it will ask
you to press F1 to Save or F2 to Ignore. Press F1 and your 1750 will boot nicely.
I did it with 6 f.cked up 1750's in a row.
