Pat, Nash is wrong on all counts. You can safely remove any item Spybot shows in 
Red. Fix ALL bots, and I'm sure you know there is no pay version of SpybotSD. 

As Pappy said, try a different mirror or try again later. This happens quite a bit, 
because the servers get overloaded. There's nothing wrong with with the program or 
anything on your system. To select a different mirror, click the update tab on the 
left, and you'll seen a downpointing arrow up there with a list of mirrors to choose 
from. Just select a different one.
