You can safely remove any item Spybot shows in Red. Fix ALL bots, and I'm sure you know there is no pay version of SpybotSD. As Pappy said, try a different mirror or try again later. This happens quite a bit, because the servers get overloaded. There's nothing wrong with with the program or anything on your system. To select a different mirror, click the update tab on the left, and you'll seen a downpointing arrow up there with a list of mirrors to choose from. Just select a different one.
