Thanks MAC.
I've tried the fix of changing the 6 file ext but it didn't quite do it so I deleted
all of the WMP files at the DOS prompt by del c:\windows\system\wmp*.*
I then ran setup from the Me CD and it worked!
I had a problem with the resolution which may or may not be related but Jack Gulley's
comment in tread #1074124390 fixed it.
To all those who have the VERX.DLL error. Try Mac's suggestion first then get mine
if that fails. I'll send Bill Gates a bill for 6 hours of my waited time!!!
Thanks again Mac.
