It is really a very slow and unstable OS. The previous post was all correct. ME takes 500 MB when XP takes up 1500!! On a lot of software, you need DOUBLE the ram you would regularly need to run it if you have windows XP. XP doesn't work with a lot of old programs and hardware. Dont get sucked in!
