Hey Jack. I didn't install the update on line. I downloaded the update to the PC,
and then
did the install after a reboot to make sure
little was running. No software firewall or AV on this PC. Use a router with firewall.
I have a couple other PC's so
getting IE fixed on the ME box hasn't been a concern
yet, but I will try your repair directions. Thanks.
