Lost access to control panel (window ME) Friday, February 20, 2004 at 11:49 pm Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Pete (6 messages posted) I recently lost my access to the control panel (window ME) I have been looking around on the internet for helps. I found many people suggested of using "Hijackthis" as the way to clear out the problem. However, when I tried to get to download a copy of "Hijacthis" from the net, seemed like all these sites offering free download of this software were down. Does anyone experience the same problem? Is there any otherway to get a copy of "Hijacthis" or is there other way to gain access back into my control panel?
