Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove programs. Select the "Microsoft Internet Explorer ... and Internet Tools" line, and click Add/Remove button. In the Options screen, select the Repair Internet Explorer option. This will repair all of the Internet Explorer 6, SP1 files that might be corrupted. Reboot the system both before and after doing this Repair.
