That error number "566" seems to be related to specific data base product servers, and normally means the site does not support access by the AOL version of the IE browser, or the Proxyserver the user is going through. (That might indicate a brower hijacker installed on your system that is routing your requests through their proxyserver. Run CWShredder.exe and AD-Aware_v6 if you have not done so already.)
