I'm running Windows ME. I removed Realtek AC'97 Audio. On the reboot I got the
msg new hardware detected. The wizard could not find the driver and I don't have
the disks. I now have no sound.
When I go to add hardware, it shows 'PCI Multimedia Audio Device. The driver for
this device is not installed'.
My mother board is SIS 962LUA. I went to the SIS site and brought down/unzipped
drivers. I also brought down and installed Realtek driver.
The add new hardware install driver wizard still can't find the driver on C:.
Help would be appreciated.
