when I turn the computer on all these pop up in problem with shortcut '21MN9COE.INK'

PLEASE HELP ME GET RID OF ALL THESE. SOMETHINK WITH THE NETWORKING AND I CANNOT
FIND THESE TERMS IN THE HARD DRIVE
