Stella, you're not stupid, just because you don't know something yet. 

If you're new, it would be best to wait on the 'tweaking' stuff in the registry. 
I don't know "how new" you are, though. We need to feel these things out here, so 
we keep people out of trouble! he he.

One mistake in the registry editor, and your system can become inoperable. You may 
know that already? Do you know how to back up the registry? It's not that you should 
fear making changes, when you know what you're doing and how to do it. Even advanced 
users need to have a respect for it, so to speak. :)

I checked that article, you're referring to, that's just something to speed up the 
time it takes to bring the start menu up. Is that what you're really looking to do? 
I thought that may not have been clear to you and isn't really what you're looking 
for.
