Cindy, Mat because of a setting in spybot. Open spybot>click immunize>on the right side of the screen click undo and uninstall>exit. If you have futher probs try to repair internet explorer. Go to control panel>add/remove programs>scroll down to microsoft internet explorer(your version) and internet tools and click on it once to highlight>add/remove button>check the circle beside repair internet explorer>ok. Restart computer. ---jabuck
