At a certain stage in every computers life it is often better to get all of your data off the HDD, reformat, and re-install. Keeping your valuable data on CD-Rs means that you can lock them up somewhere safe. Cleaning up the computer is easy enough to do though, and all it needs is to work through all of the procedures in the Reference page and Updates shown below.
