I have a question about How
do I stop a program from running whenever I start Windows?:
I have a question about rundII32 which runs when I bootup. I tried to edit the registry
to remove it, but get a message that the registry as been disabled by the administrator.
OS is Windows ME. Any suggestions to enable registry, etc.?
