Get rid of Xofspy, pronto! It may be "installing" the spyware on your system. Then
run SpyBot S&D and Ad-aware also, if you wish.
It's a fake, rip-off "only claims to be" spyware removal, and possbily a hijacker.
There are many of those now. I just replied to Darlene that Noadware is a fake also.
Check this webpage for a continually updated list.

It's very important to clear out all your TIF and other temp files on a regular basis.
In Internet Options - General tab. Delete temporary internet files - choose 'delete
all Offline content'. Settings - set the size of your TIF folder between 5 - 10 MB.
Choose - View Objects - choose View Details on the toolbar. If any ActiveX Controls
are marked "unknown" or "damaged", remove them. Plus, remove any you don't recognize.
Drive-by ActiveX installs are a big problem. Find - Files or folders - in the named
box, type: *.tmp Select all - delete. Empty C:\Windows\temp folder and C:\temp folder,
if you have one. Empty Recycle bin.
Install SpywareBlaster to help prevent further problems. Note, it won't solve the
current issue. Check for and download updates after installing it. Enable protection
for Restricted sites, as well as IE. Check for updates often: JavaCoolSoftware.com
