Hi Cindy,
If youhaven't found a solution to this problem.
I have a registry hack that can solve this problem
(Before doing anything, create a backup of the registry, then proceed)
1. Click on Start, then click on Run. Type "regedit" in the box without the quotes
and click OK.
2. In the Registry Editor, click on the "[+]" marks next to the following folders
:
[-] HKEY_CURRENT_USER
[-] Software
[-] Policies
[-] Microsoft
(The full path to the registry key in question is
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer)
3. Under the Microsoft folder, a folder called Internet Explorer will appear. Click
directly on this folder, not on the plus.
4. Having selected this folder, delete it pressing the delete key on the keyboard.
