I have finally corrected the system resources problem, but not sure exactly what
worked. I installed adaware and a spyware protection (AOL version), but have to
run them daily. I still get IE pages loading and interfering, as I am not using
IE at all. I have to close out programs, such as rundll32 and others that bootup,
by ctrl, alt, delete in the program box. Nothing seems to solve that problem. The
problems started with IE upgrade to 6.0, never had it before.
Also, I clear out the *.tmp files daily, which may help.
If you solve the IE loading problem, let me know.
