Hi, I know this is going to sound stupid, but do a search for files and folders from
your start menu. Type in unknown and delete the file. That's what I finally did.
Download 'Spywareblaster', 'dsostop2.exe', 'Spybot', 'NoAdaware', and 'Spysweeper'.
MAC has a free Windows Update CD. It sounds like you've got the hole in the IE. You
probably need the criical updates.
