joe, try working through this list. First disable system restore. Go to control panel>system>performance>file
system>troubleshooting>check the box beside disable system restore>apply>ok. Be sure
to uncheck the box when things return to normal. Then go control panel>internet
options: clear history>yes delete files>ok delete cookies>ok settings>view
files, if there>edit>select all>file>delete. Run a full system scan with you antivirus.
If you don’t have one Housecall
Try these free spyware removers Ad-aware
6.0 and Spybot
update them>run them. You can safely remove anything ad-aware finds and in spybot
remove the items written in red. Then download and run this free hijacker remover
from the bottom of this page cwshredder.
Then close all program>go offline>run it. And once you have them removed download
this free spyware preventer Spywareblaster
Be sure to update these weekly. If you still have problems follow the directions
Hijack This and post
a HT log. Be sure to check the box "check this box to preserve your spacing" below
under options so it is readable. If you were successful go back enable system restore
then create a restore point for it. Go to start>run>type msconfig>ok>launch system
restore>check the circle beside create a restore point>next>type new(or anything)>next>a
new restore point will be created>home>click the x at the top right of the screen>restart
