are you using Netscape? if so, here's how to turn it off so you should be able to go there to turn it on.
>> If you are using Communicator, you can turn off What's Related by going to the Edit menu and selecting Preferences, Navigator, and Smart Browsing. From there, you can optionally turn off just the autoloading feature, which makes the three extra requests mentioned above, by checking the Never box in the section labeled Automatically Load What's Related Information. To turn What's Related completely off, uncheck the Enable What's Related box.
