Hi, Recently I cannot access into 'internet options' from the toolbar menu which
enables me to manually delete cookies, change my internet options, trash my temp
files etc. I may have deleted something? during my spybot or adware 6 scans (I have
no idea really what i am deleting) I cannot 'retrieve from the recovery tray from
either of these systems. Message: This operation is cancelled due to restrictions
in effect on this cptr, contact sys admin. Its my own cptr and I;m the only one
on it. Help!
