Power Off Loop Sunday, July 11, 2004 at 12:10 pm Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Susan Roper (3 messages posted) After reformatting the PC, the PC is now on a continual loop of start up, showing "My CD," "Sleep" & "Drive 2" dos blurbs on the bottom of the screen, then the PC powers down, and restarts with the "shut down inappropriately, and scanning, etc." I was having problems before with an intermittent power downs, but thought it would clean up after reformatting. I did the diagnosis with the hardware and it seemed to be fine. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
