I got Mozilla. Now my question is.... can I load Firefox without uninstalling Mozilla?
I am able to download zip files and I also finally figured out how to download the
mp3 files from my subscription service.
Thank you Joe, Steve and Donna for your help. I do so appreciate it.
I did all the things suggested except for a clean install. I am putting that off
as a very last resort. I was already a user of the spyware remover programs before
I found this site and didn't realize until my browser was hijacked a couple of months
ago how much those programs can help clean up your system.
I guess whatever is broken regarding my download problem will stay that way until
it is absolutely necessary to format. I love Mozilla and am sorry I didn't try it
sooner. Haven't got all the plug ins installed yet but am taking it kind of slow.
