when it says the page can't load are you still connected to the internet? so that
you can go check mail. are you using a dial up connection?
this prob. won't do the trick but should be done now and then anyway--from explorer
(you don't have to be on the net) click tools, internet options, delete files. check
to delete all offline content. may take a bit, you'll get the hourglass if so.
then delete history. aslo delete cookies unless you need some to log into places.
click okay and close explorer. get on the net and see if it did any good. try
a page you know should load.
