Yes, Norton is legitimate and once it moves the swap-file to the front of the drive,
the swap-file will stay there.

... and, once there, there is no longer any need to run optimize, because all that
does, is
consolidate all portions of the swapfile, and move it to the front of the drive.
(which would now be redundant) <<< ??? The front of the drive is now "redundant"???
