My son's computer has this problem too. If I close the box with the error message, I get a blank desktop and cannot run anything. It does not happen in safe mode. I have run Trend Micro housecall and deleted three files containing trojans (small.ct and agent.l), I have run Spybot s&d repeatedly (all clear now), CWShredder, and Ad-Aware 6.0. Ad-aware found, but cannot remove, ljsetup.dll and roclts5.dll. Various items (e.g. ezula), seem to keep coming back. I did a search on "Explorer has caused an error in " and found the Microsoft advice, which was not very helpful. It states that the problem is due to having HP JetAdmin installed on a Windows Me system and then gives a broken link to an uninstaller for HP JetAdmin. Any ideas? I can post a Hijack This log if you think it will help.
