The exploit isn't a bug, but the fact that Spybot S&D "sees" the vulnerability incorrectly, 
is. "DSO exploit is a data source object exploit, a security hole in IE that can 
allow websites to execute code without your knowledge."

You can either exclude it from the scans, or you can fix it, if you're comfortable 
using the registry editor. The DSOStop2 will do it, also.
