The 'bug' in how Spybot sees that exploit, is harmless, but that doesn't change the fact, the vulnerability exists on your system. In fact, Windows updates should take care of it, but DSOStop will remove the vulnerability. It's still a security issue, but it's not the Spybot programmer's responsibity to fix IE exploits.
