It's Symantec's update program - it will update any/all Symantec products that require
updating, such as antivirus definitions or the latest update to Ghost. This is for
your benefit, so you don't have to do the updates yourself. (Especially with the
antivirus!)
You might want to leave it...
If you DON'T want it, you'll have to remove all the other Symantec products... it's
the only way.
