Nonsense.
NAV gets bad press from the people who install SystemWorks and allow ALL of the products
such as CleanSweep, DiskDoctor, Windoctor, SystemDoctor as well as NAV to start at
boot time.
Then, they complain because NAV takes up too many resources.
It isn't NAV. It's the rest of the stuff that is needlessly being started at boot
time!
