My "opinion" was in response to your statement about System Resources. 

And from your statement "I will never buy another Norton product", I "assume" that 
comes from your belief that "it either works or it doesn't" and that it should work 
perfectly.

And if so, then you must be in a continual process of ripping out operating system 
software and not buying that manufacturer's products anymore, since there really 
isn't any that "works or doesn't work". If they did, there would be no need for upgrades 
and patches, and no needs for support boards such as this.
