i use SPYBOT (its free) i also use SPY SWEEPER and WINDOW WASHER you have to use a few diffrent programs as one alone dose not do the job, most of this sh*te is caused by using internet explorer its renouned for loading crap it also has its own shoppers spy ware built into it called ALEXA tool bar , if i was you i would use either MOZILLA FIREFOX or my favourite OPERA to browse the net they are by far more safer than I:E and a better browsing experience
