USB Drive Letter Assignment Friday, October 29, 2004 at 7:01 am Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by J Kilborn (1 messages posted) As you are all painfully aware, running ME means lots of hangs and reboots. My irritation is that I have to unplug the USB hard drives and CDRW each time and then plug each one back in, in the right order after reboot to get the drive letter assignments correct to match where the applications look for the drives. Is there any way of pinning USB drive letter assignments?
