THE SOLUTION IS HERE !
I tried and searched, none of the above solutions worked for 100% ; this one deletes
the file and it's no big job : Start Run, than type "regedit" ; go to Edit -> find
and type _RESTORE ; It'll find them ; just delete the selected keys, press F3 and
normally he"ll find no more of those ; exit and restart your computer ; go to the
C directory and there delete the _RESTORE file, now it is possible and you are rid
of it !
