rundll32.exe missing Sunday, December 26, 2004 at 4:15 pm Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by karcie (10 messages posted) I am running windows me and cannot get into my control panel files. the error message says cannot find c:\WINDOWS\rundll32.exe.Can I reload this file somehow? I dont know too much about computers.
