No, not unless it is still in the Recycle Bin and can be restored from there. Or depending on what it is (folder and exact file name) it might be in the System Restore backup files. If it is a system file, you could extract a copy from the system CAB files.

But "something" does not give much to go on.

However, I doubt that deleting a file would give ScanDisk such a problem.
