PSAPI.DLL file not found Wednesday, January 5, 2005 at 4:10 pm Windows Me Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Ms T (4 messages posted) I cannot get my PC to boot up...I keep getting an error message PSAPI.DLL file not found....the WindowsME screen will flash and then it just locks up...won't go any further. I have tried copying this file from my laptop and copying it to C:\windows\system but still no luck. I can't get to windows so I'm having to try and work from DOS. Any thoughts or suggestions from anyone? Thanks!!!!
