After downloading the file, as it is a ZIP file (compressed) you will have to extract it. If you have Windows ME setup correctly with compressed folder support enabled, you should be able to double click on the ZIP file and it will open a folder showing the CWShredder.EXE file. Copy this EXE file to the diskette.

Also, you must be able to boot your system into Safe Mode first before you can run this program. Are you able to boot the system into Safe Mode?
