Since hooking it up, we can get online, but constantly get logged off. I've spoken with gateway. Then I had my cable co. come to check the modem (I have surfboard sbv4200). Nobody seems to know what to do. I've got a couple of days, and if it's not fixed the computer is going back. On the blue screen it usually says "bad pool caller". Any help would be appreciated!
