Search your system for more than one copy of the file. WORD will rebuild it the next time you start WORD. I hope that after installing SpyBot and Ad-Aware you were able to get on line and update their reference files. If not do that and run them again. You have only started the cleanup process. There is a know problem with the Trident video adapter drivers causing this exact error message if they are back level. See: MS note. If you have that video adapter, downloading and updating to the latest video drivers might fix the problem.
