Have not started Outlook Express in a few days, but when I attempted today, I received the error message, "OUTLOOK EXPRESS CANNOT BE STARTED BECAUSE MSOE.DLL CANNOT BE LOADED." I checked some solutions suggesting that the Address Book under Settings/ Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs/Windows Setup should be checked, which it indeed is, so that's not the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. For the NY Jets as well :-) Thank you, guys!
